The Gift of YOU!
How do you become more? You have already given yourself the gift of personal growth and transformation through our coaching session together. However, as you know, not everyone understands the player/coach relationship like we do, but you can share some subtle things to personally experience the magic of the holiday from Christmas Day until after New Years and beyond. Here are my Top 5... no shopping, no mall, no cost, and no wrapping gifts 'gift' to give your friends and family.
#1 FAMILY IS FIRST Whether it's your core family, or the friends or colleagues that you now consider family, spending time with your inner circle of loved ones is what the holidays are really about. #2 TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF You can't give to others if you don't have the health - both physical and emotional - and strength to do so. It's easy to let yourself get run down during the holiday season. Do what you need to do to maintain your strength and vitality which includes rest and exercise. #3 A 2MM SHIFT TOWARD LOVE & PASSION The holidays can demand a lot from us, and even the couples who get along well can begin to feel the strain on their relationship. But the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference. Take small steps - or 2mm shifts - in your relationship to cultivate love and passion even during stressful times. #4 STAY ON YOUR GAME Watch out for that cake! During the holiday season, it can be hard to stick to a healthy diet, and colder weather and darker nights can make it hard to stay motivated to work out. Try a totally new exercise that maybe does not include a gym, includes the outdoor (cold or warm) fun. Also try to avoid hidden sugars and try new holistic ways of maintaining your health and vitality. #5 GIVE PRESENCE Are you living consciously, or are you thinking about the past and worrying about the future? The best gift we can give this world is to be our very best every single day and to have deep gratitude and appreciation for every moment. Give presence, not presents, and you will experience true abundance and joy Whatever is beautiful. Whatever is meaningful. Whatever brings you happiness. May it be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year.
Happy Holidays and Cheers!
